Bajaj V (Vikrant) VS Hero Xtream Sports

Hero and Bajaj both are the Indian manufacturer company. They manufactures both commuter bikes and sports bikes for the customer. As we know that Hero Motocorp is the largest two wheeler maker in the country and it manufactures their products a rang of 100cc to 250cc. While, another Indian giant, Bajaj Auto develops a range bikes between 100cc-400cc.
 Recently the Bajaj Auto has exposed their most antiseptic bike Bajaj V that is made from metal of India’s hero INS Vikrant, which had played a important role in victory of 1971 India-Pak war. The Bajaj V will complete against the Hero Xtream Sports that was launched last year. But the question is that which bike is better for you? Therefore, we are going to compare between these bikes name as Hero Xtream Sport and newly unveiled Bajaj V. Hero Xtream sport is most selling bike in India. Engine:-

Bajaj Vikrant is powered by a 149.5cc with single cylinder, 4 stroke, SOHC 2 valve, air cooled, DTS-i engine. Its DTS-i technology generates a 12 BHP of power and 13NM of torque. The bike was loaded with easily shifted 5-speed gearbox with wet multi plate clutch for the smooth riding on any type of road.
Hero Xtream sport gets the power by a 149.2cc, air cooled, 4 -stroke single cylinder OHC mill that churns out a maximum power of 15.6BHP. The company claims a 60kmph speed in a 4.7 seconds on the road. For the comfortable ride the loaded 5-speed gearbox and wet multi plate clutch.

Design And Style:-

Now we are talking about the design of these bikes. Both the bikes are different in design. The Bajaj Auto tries to give a different look to Vikrant from other Bajaj models. For a clear visibility at night the bike features a 60W headlamp and classic LED tail lamp. The V is finished with a bold, sporty graphic and stylish V 3d logo on the 13L flue tank, which captures a lot of attraction of the viewer. It is featured with a removable cowl that helps to convert an individual single seat to comfortable ride.
While the Hero Xtream sport is designed with new street fighter looks and stylish cool graphics on the fuel tank. The bike also receives a wide rear tubeless tyres, new wolf eye headlamp and new LED Tail light with light guides. Xtream sport is featured with a split seat option for the comfortable long rides.

Instrument Console:-

On the dashboard of Bajaj Vikrant, we are seeing the premium instrument panel. On the right side of the panel the bike offers an analog speed meter and left side Bajaj logo, LED fuel indicator with color changing. Both the areas are covered with silver outlined borders.
Hero Xtream is available with stunning new console with a side stand sign on the instrument panel. On the instrument panel, the company is added a side stand sign, speedometer, an analogue tachometer, a pass light with high and low beem option etc.

Dimensions and Weight:-

Bajaj V measures with 2044mm length, 780mm width and 1070mm height. It gets a 1315mm wheelbase and 165mm ground clearance on the 135.5kg weight. While the Hero Xtream is available in 146kg in the single disc varint and 147kg in double disc varint. It gets a 2100mm length, 780mm width and 1080mm height with the 1325mm wheelbase.

Brakes and Suspentions:-

For the safe riding the Bajaj company is loaded a 240mm dia disc at the front and 130 dia drum at the rear. The bike houses with a telescopic 33mm fork at the front and twin-spring loaded hydraulic type- with gas filled at the rear for any condition type of pit roads.
While the Hero Xtream sport is available in more powerful brakes. The company offers a telescopic hydraulic type at the front and rectangular Swing Arm with 5 step adjustable gas reservoir suspension at the rear.

Color and Price:-

Bajaj company has revealed with two color ebony black, pearl white. The company has not fixed the price yet but it will be sold at a expected price tag of INR 65000 . on the other hand the Hero Xtream Sport is selling on 75,725 (Ex-) in New Delhi. It is available in five attractive color magma orange, fiery red, mercuric silver, panther black and black-red.
