Renault Service Problem has been Resolved

Thanks to Nirmal Cars Pvt Ltd for resolving service and repair problem. This is confirmed by Mr. Amit Gupta (CEO of SAG Infotech Pvt. Ltd.)

Dear Sir,

We were not satisfied with your Company's Services & Product as mentioned in our earlier mails. It was often left unheard, so dissatisfied that we planned to sell our both Renault Cars. Mr Ashok Mann called to us and visited same day our Office personally with Mr Sisodia & Mr Sudeep & listened our grievances. Mr Ashok Mann was one person who took our problem seriously and looked into the matter. After his involvement the problem has been solved completely so we have changed our mind to sell the cars.

So we are personally thanking full to Mr Ashok Mann who finally took us seriously & actually put effort to resolve our problem.

Now we are completely satisfied with company services and Product. We have no complaint.
